How it all began…
When I started Rach Form, I wasn’t trying to build a brand — I was trying to build a life that felt aligned.
I wanted to feel good in my body again.
I wanted to know where my food was coming from.
I wanted to live in a way that respected the land I stood on.
And I wanted to share that with others.
Rach Form is my way of bringing everything I believe in — food, health, nature, and culture — into one space. It’s a platform where I advocate for organic living, celebrate local farms, and help others reconnect with whole foods and regenerative practices that truly nourish.
🍠 Why Whole Foods Matter to Me
I used to think wellness was complicated — protein bars, supplements, calorie tracking, imported superfoods. But over time, I realized that real wellness is actually simple.
It’s kamote steamed with coconut oil.
It’s a bowl of tinola made from native chicken and backyard malunggay.
It’s unprocessed, seasonal, local.
Whole foods brought me back to balance. They helped me feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to my body. Now, I share recipes, guides, and content that help others make that shift — not toward perfection, but toward real nourishment.
🌾 Why Regenerative Living is the Future
The more I learned about food, the more I realized that wellness doesn’t end at the plate.
It starts with the soil.
Regenerative agriculture taught me that we can grow food in a way that restores ecosystems, rebuilds soil, and protects biodiversity — instead of depleting it. That matters to me.
So I began sourcing from small farms. I visited local producers. I talked to growers using traditional and low-impact methods — and I saw how food can heal the land and the people at the same time.
Rach Form is now grounded in that mission: to support and spotlight Filipino farms and makers who grow with care.
🇵🇭 Why Local Heritage is at the Heart of Rach Form
There’s something deeply powerful about knowing where your food comes from — and who grew it.
I grew up surrounded by the flavors of home: coconut milk, root crops, herbs from the garden. As I studied nutrition, I realized how intelligent and healing Filipino food really is.
That’s why I’m committed to creating content that celebrates our food heritage:
✨ Recipes that use native ingredients
✨ Spotlights on regenerative farmers and small producers
✨ A wellness philosophy that is proudly local, simple, and sustainable
We don’t need to borrow from other countries to be well. We just need to remember what’s already ours.
🌿 What Rach Form Is All About
Rach Form is me — learning, unlearning, and sharing as I go.
It’s a growing space for anyone who wants to live more intentionally through food.
Whether it’s through a meal plan, a market trip, or a journal prompt — I’m here to remind you (and myself) that we can feel better, live better, and eat better by coming back to what’s real.
Here’s how I do that through Rach Form:
Sharing whole food recipes you can actually cook
Creating guides and resources for organic, local living
Supporting farmers, herbalists, and food artisans who care for the land
Encouraging a slower, more intentional lifestyle rooted in Filipino values
